This website provides general information about Titan Auto LA services and allows prospective customers to submit service inquiries. Website content by itself does not create a repair agreement, authorize work, establish a final price, or guarantee service availability.

Service requests are not confirmed appointments

Submitting the website form, sending a text or email, or leaving a voicemail is a request for service. Titan Auto LA separately confirms the appointment, vehicle, location, service scope, pricing, and any required authorization.

Diagnosis, repairs, parts, travel, and additional work

Diagnostic testing, repair work, parts, travel charges when applicable, and additional work are governed by the scope and authorization applicable to the specific transaction. Additional work outside an authorized scope requires separate approval before it proceeds.

Mobile-service availability

Service availability depends on the vehicle, VIN when available, concern, required tools or information, location, access, weather, safety, travel distance, scheduling, and whether the work is appropriate for a mobile service environment. Titan Auto LA does not offer a public customer drop-off location.

Diagnostic limitations

Diagnostic testing is intended to isolate and verify faults using the information and conditions available during the service. Intermittent, concealed, modified, or condition-dependent faults may require additional testing or may not reproduce during an initial visit. No website statement guarantees that every fault can be identified or repaired during a single visit.

Third-party services

This website may rely on third-party or infrastructure providers for hosting, email delivery, security, or other technical functions. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and Titan Auto LA does not control third-party services outside its own systems.

Transaction-specific documents control

These website terms do not replace transaction-specific estimates, authorizations, invoices, disclosures, warranties when applicable, or other documents required for a particular repair transaction.
