Appointment & Service Policy

Appointment requests

Submitting a website form, text message, email or voicemail is a request for service and does not by itself create a confirmed appointment, final estimate or authorization to perform work. Appointment timing, service location and scope are confirmed separately.

Mobile work location

Service is subject to having a safe, legal and reasonably accessible work area. Titan Auto LA may decline, limit or reschedule work when the location, traffic, weather, vehicle position or other conditions make mobile service unsafe, unlawful or impractical.

Diagnostics

Diagnostic time is billed for testing and analysis performed, whether or not the result is a repair recommendation, identification of a condition outside mobile service scope, or a determination that additional testing is required. Mobile diagnostic evaluation starts from $195; electrical, starting and charging diagnosis starts from $195; and pre-purchase inspections start from $295. The minimum onsite invoice is $195. Final pricing depends on VIN, condition, access, location, required testing and authorized scope.

Estimate and repair authorization

Before chargeable diagnosis or repair begins, Titan Auto LA provides the applicable estimate for the specific job and obtains customer authorization. No repair work is performed and no repair charge accrues before authorization. Repairs, parts, changed scope, and additional diagnostic or repair work beyond the authorized estimate require additional approval before proceeding.

Pre-diagnosed work

When a repair is clearly defined and the customer provides complete vehicle and repair details, Titan Auto LA may quote that defined repair without requiring an unnecessary diagnostic service. If the stated diagnosis or requested repair cannot be reasonably confirmed from the information provided, diagnostics may be recommended before parts are replaced.

Current service exclusions

Services outside Titan Auto LA’s current mobile capability, tooling, safety limits, or approved operating scope are not offered. Other work may be declined when conditions are unsuitable for safe mobile service.

Estimates and changing conditions

Quoted scope may change when concealed damage, seized/broken components, incorrect prior repairs, modified wiring, unavailable parts, vehicle identification discrepancies or other conditions materially change the work required. Any additional work is addressed through a revised scope and authorization before proceeding.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle and symptom information.
• Ensure the vehicle can be legally accessed at the agreed location.
• Disclose known modifications, prior diagnostic findings and recent repair attempts when relevant.
• Be available for required authorization decisions or designate an authorized contact.
