Titan Auto LA is the customer-facing brand of Titan Automotive Enterprises LLC. This policy describes information submitted through this website, the purposes for which it may be used, and the distinction between an online inquiry and authorization for automotive work.

Information the service-request form collects

The website may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, optional email address, preferred contact method, vehicle year/make/model, VIN when available, mileage, vehicle city or ZIP code, whether the vehicle starts or can move safely, warning lights or messages, recent repairs or tests, symptoms or requested service, and preferred appointment timing. For lead-source reconciliation, the website may also capture the landing page path, referring page path, and allowed campaign parameters such as UTM values or an advertising click identifier when those values are present in the page URL.

Why the information is used

• Qualify and respond to service inquiries.
• Determine whether the vehicle, concern, location, and requested work appear to be within Titan Auto LA's service scope.
• Communicate about scheduling, vehicle information, diagnostic needs, and proposed scope.
• Prepare transaction-specific estimates, authorizations, invoices, and service records after a customer relationship is established.
• Maintain reasonable business, compliance, security, and troubleshooting records.

Online service-request delivery

When the direct website form is enabled, the submitted information is sent to a server-side service-request endpoint hosted with Cloudflare. The endpoint validates the request and may use Cloudflare Email Service to deliver the request to Titan Auto LA's configured business lead inbox. If online delivery cannot be confirmed, the website provides call, text, and email fallbacks and does not represent the request as successfully delivered.

Hosting and service-provider processing

Cloudflare and other limited service providers used to host, secure, route, or deliver website communications may process technical data needed to provide those services, such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, security signals, request logs, and submitted service-request data. Their handling of information is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and tracking

This production package does not require advertising cookies or cross-site tracking to send a service request. It can preserve limited first-party lead-source information submitted with the request, including page/referrer paths and campaign parameters. If Titan Auto LA later enables analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing, or other tracking technologies, this policy must be updated to match the actual deployed configuration before those tools are treated as active.

Access or correction requests

You may contact Titan Auto LA using the email address or phone number below to request correction of service-request contact or vehicle information maintained by Titan, subject to reasonable identity verification and legal record-retention requirements.

Policy changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date before the updated statement is relied on for new website collection practices.

Data minimization and retention

The public form requests a vehicle city or ZIP code rather than a full street address. A specific service location may be requested separately when operationally necessary to schedule approved mobile service. Titan Auto LA intends to retain service-request information only as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, scheduling, transaction records, security, compliance, or legitimate business needs.

Sharing and sale of inquiry information

Titan Auto LA does not sell service-request information as a marketing list. Information may be disclosed to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website or business, to professional advisers when appropriate, or when required by law.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to reduce unauthorized access or misuse. No internet transmission, email system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

What not to submit

Do not submit payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, passwords, or unrelated sensitive personal information through the public service-request form.

Authorization boundary

Submitting a website request does not authorize diagnosis, repairs, parts, charges, or additional work and does not create a confirmed appointment. Scope, pricing, and authorization are handled separately for the applicable transaction.
